Fermented foods are increasing in popularity, but what are the real reasons you should eat fermented? Come and explore the diverse types of fermented foods and the benefits they have in common. Delicious kimchi and kombucha will be available to sample. Bring your own cultures and we will have a culture swap. Come and be prepared for the Austin Fermentation Festival on Sunday!
